A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your trip is due on the day of booking. Refunds will be held as credit towards a future trip. There is a cancellation fee of $20 on day trips & $40 on overnight trips. Refunds (in the form of credit towards a future trip) are given ONLY if your seats are resold. Refunds are ONLY given to the person(s) who paid for the trip. For those of you who order online, an email will be sent as confirmation for your order within 48 hours of your order.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
All Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Gift Certificates have no cash value and must be used one year from the date of purchase.
 

All tickets are given on the bus on the day of the trip. No tickets will be mailed. JZ Tours is not responsible for weather conditions resulting in delays, postponements or cancellations. JZ Tours is not responsible for game time changes. JZ Tours is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may happen with the buses that we charter. We do not own buses. We only charter them. JZ Tours is not responsible for damage or loss that may happen at any parking lot that we leave from. JZ Tours is not responsible for theft or broken items which you may leave on the bus while attending an event.  We will do our best to provide transportation that fits the needs of our business & our customers. Please be courteous to others & be prompt with the departure times. The bus will not wait for you if you are late.
JZ Tours is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services which are not directly supplied by JZ Tours such as hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, even tickets.  JZ Tours is not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members.  JZ Tours will not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the coverage against them.  Your retention of tickets, vouchers, or booking after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents here to your travel companions or group members.  The client, by engaging the company and making deposit and/or full payment for the package arrangement specified, acknowledges the position of JZ Tours as stipulated by the foregoing and agrees to hold JZ Tours blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, provided same shall be made through generally acceptable suppliers at the time of the engagement , and further agrees that restitution of damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.
JZ Tours does not provide alcoholic beverages during any trip.  Alcoholic beverages are permitted on the bus, but CANS or PLASTIC ONLY! No bottles are allowed on the bus. Small coolers are allowed on the bus. Larger coolers may be put underneath the bus.
